Dollars for Scholars Awards are merit based & award amounts determined on your completed application.  Fill out your application thoroughly, complete the required Transcript Request and Goals Essay & meet all deadlines to be eligible for a scholarship. 

Scholarships open March 16, 2026 and the close on April 7th, 2026.

There are SIX steps in the scholarship process:

1. Set Up Your Profile Account
2. Complete Your Student Profile
3. Search and Apply for Scholarships - Scholarships Close on April 7th at 11:59pm
4. Attend the DFS Awards Night - May 20, 2026 - 7pm - After HS Awards Program
5. Accept Your Awarded Scholarships - Deadline 5/23/26 at 11:59pm (see link below to download instructions)
6. Request Your Scholarship Redemption - Deadline is 6/15/2027
